RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All Black Crystal products are made to order, therefore returns or exchanges are accepted in certain circumstances:

 

  • If the item shows obvious signs of poor manufacture not to be confused with any imperfections due to the items being handmade;

  • Size or colour errors imputable to Black Crystal;


Should at least one of the above circumstances occur, the customer is authorised to exchange or return the goods.

Black Crystal guarantees a quality check of the products before they are shipped.

METHOD OF RETURN

If you need a return or exchange, please contact us at info@blackcrystallatex.it .

According to standard procedures, please send photos of the non-conforming item to justify the reason for the return.

N.B. : Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Claims must be made within 5 days from the date of receiving the item(s) (the courier's receipt will be considered proof )

No claims outside this period will be considered.


Once the return has been authorised, a refund or credit will be issued once the damaged or non-compliant item is received at our warehouse.

EXTRA-EU RETURNS

For customers outside the European Community:

Please be sure to indicate on the packaging that items are being returned for exchange or refund.


Black Crystal reserves the right to refuse returns that require payment of customs charges.


Returns will not be accepted if the customer has incorrectly selected the wrong model, colour, quantity or size.

Items must be in their original packaging.

Items that are not in their original condition, damaged or with obvious signs of wear, or worn, will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Items must be shipped:

 

  •    Within 5 days for Italy

  •    Within 7 days for Europe

  •    Within 10 days for non-EU countries


Returns sent after the deadline will not be accepted.


IN CASE OF CANCELLATION OF YOUR ORDER

Each order is made at the customer's request in the desired size and colour, so if you wish to cancel your order, you may be charged some costs, e.g. processing the pattern, cutting the material, etc., so we recommend our customers to make sure they want to place an order on our site, and to contact us if they have any doubts.
